Notes:

  1. Outside these periods, admission applications and/or registration applications may be admitted in cases where exceptional circumstances occur for:
    1. Students benefiting from predoctoral or equivalent contracts financed through competitive calls as established in Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation
    2. Students subject to specific international co-tutelle thesis agreements
    3. Students subject to specific industrial doctorate agreements that, in either case, require access to a doctoral program, and provided that applicants meet the access requirements established in current provisions.

Other exceptional circumstances must be approved by the Executive Committee of the International Doctorate School of the University of Seville (EIDUS) after a report from the academic committee of the doctoral program. The admission of these applications will not reduce the limits or affect those already awarded.

  1. An early admission and registration period is established starting from September 4 (Wed), 2024 (inclusive) for new students who must prove the formalization of academic tutoring registration for their doctoral thesis as justification of their status as doctoral students, provided that this is an essential requirement for the acceptance of a predoctoral or equivalent contract financed through competitive calls as established in Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation, provided that applicants meet the access requirements established in current provisions.

Notes:

1. In accordance with the provisions of art. 37.3 of the Doctoral Studies Regulations (BOUS nº 2/2020 of February 24), outside these periods, admission applications and/or registration applications may be admitted in cases where exceptional circumstances occur for:
     1) Students benefiting from predoctoral or equivalent contracts financed through competitive calls as established in Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation.
     2) Students subject to specific international co-tutelle thesis agreements and specific industrial doctorate agreements that, in either case, require access to a doctoral program, and provided that applicants meet the access requirements established in current provisions.

First evaluation of Research Plan (RP) and Activity Document (AD) (Academic Year 2024/2025)

Annually, the academic committee of the program will evaluate the Research Plan (RP) and the Activity Document (AD) along with the reports issued by the tutor and the director.

DATEACTIVITIES
From May 5 (Mon) to July 31 (Thu), 2025 Doctoral students enrolled submit the RP and AD evaluation request in RAPI corresponding to this 1st evaluation of the 2024/2025 academic year. Uploading of documents associated with other academic years is disabled to prevent errors in academic year association. (From August 1 to August 31, 2024, the RAPI platform will be inaccessible as it is a non-working and non-teaching period).
