Welcome to the International Doctorate School of the University of Seville. The School is responsible for organising all the PhD programmes, 32 in total, covering all branches of knowledge and is also in charge of organising the teaching and activities of the PhD in line with the research and internationalisation strategy of the University of Seville.

Its affiliation to the International School for Postgraduate Studies provides it with a reference framework to face the new challenges posed by RD 99/2011 in relation to the training of our future PhD graduates; a framework whose guiding principles are quality, excellence and the transfer of knowledge. All with a strong international perspective where intersectoral cooperation and mobility are key elements.

Our PhD programmes guarantee a quality academic offer centred on the advancement of knowledge through excellent research and a critical mass of researchers that allow us to connect research with the needs of society and guide it towards the transfer of knowledge.

To this end, the School is committed to interdisciplinary and transnational research that favours the identification of synergies and opportunities for collaboration, as well as alliances with companies and institutions that support and consolidate research and promote mobility. In addition, it is important to highlight the cross-disciplinary activities promoted by EIDUS, aimed at the development of personal and professional skills that are transferable to both academic and non-academic fields.

Finally, it should be noted that EIDUS, through its Steering Committee, undertakes to guarantee the maximum quality of its programmes, coordinating and promoting their excellence and internationalisation
