The EUA Council for Doctoral Education is pleased to open a call for contributions to the 2023 EUA-CDE Annual Meeting.

This year’s Annual Meeting will take place from 14-16 June in Lahti, Finland, on “Engaged research - the role of communication in doctoral education”. The conference hosts are Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology and University of Helsinki.

With the event’s programme focusing on various dimensions of communication in doctoral education, the EUA-CDE community and additional stakeholders will also come together to discuss comprehensive approaches to including communication in doctoral education strategies and practices.

As such, we invite representatives of EUA-CDE member-universities to submit proposals related to this year’s theme. There are two ways to make a contribution, either through a parallel session or the new “My doctoral school in 3 minutes” format. The deadline to submit proposals is 17 April 2023.

A new session of IMFAHE´s Quarter Course on Innovation will be held this Thursday, February 9th  at 2.30pm Central European Time.   We  will have the honor to count with Marta López de Rago, from the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, to talk about "How to Patent and Protect your Ideas".
